Get ready for BrewGust! We love everything home brewing. If you ask us, home brewing is one of the most understated hobbies out there. Therefore, this August we are setting out to share how easy and great home brewing actually is.
What is Home Brewing?
For us, home brewing is about producing high quality and affordable products at home. Home Brewing encompasses anything you can brew at home – beer, spirits, liqueurs, ginger beer, cheese, yogurt, kombucha – the list goes on. As we have said before, getting started home brewing is easy and affordable. In fact, it is the hobby that keeps on giving.
What is BrewGust?
BrewGust is an event held during the month of August where brewers are invited to share their hobby, the process and boast about the fruits of their labour. BrewGust runs as an initiative to spread the word about home brewing and everything it has to offer. Over the 31 days of August brewers partake in sharing a daily photo to their social media of anything brewing. Putting a brew down, a fermenter bubbling away, mixing up a bottle of essence, sharing a recipe, cleaning bottles, charging a keg – anything related to brewing.

Crafted Taste is dedicated to encouraging and supporting our fellow brewers. For this reason, we will be running weekly prizes for our BrewGust brewers. Each week TWO Crafted Taste Gift Cards will be on offer. Firstly, given to the brewer with the most unique post. Secondly, given to the brewer who posts 7 consecutive days.
