Morgans Sodium Metabisulphite is suitable for rinsing and sanitizing. When added to hot water, vapours given off ensure your equipment is clean, sterilised and ready for use. For best results use just one hour prior to commencing your brew then rinse of in cold water. Use at the rate of 10gm to 1 litre of water. DO NOT USE SODIUM METABISULPHITE ON STAINLESS STEEL.
