Home Brew Soft Drink – Lemonade
Brew Colony West Lemonade alcoholic or non alcoholic. This lemonade has a strong lemon flavour and subtle sweetness. The brew is designed to make 23L, therefore, 30 x 750mL bottles. To brew alcoholic you will need 1 x Colony West Lemonade and 1 x dextrose. To brew non-alcoholic you will only need 1 x Colony West Lemonade.
Sarsaparilla
Brew Colony West Sarsaparilla alcoholic or non alcoholic. This sars has a traditional Sarsaparilla taste. The brew is designed to make 23L, therefore, 30 x 750mL bottles. To brew alcoholic you will need 1 x Colony West Sarsaparilla and 1 x dextrose. To brew non-alcoholic you will only need 1 x Colony West Sarsaparilla.
Ginger Beer
Brew Colony West Ginger Beer alcoholic or non alcoholic. This ginger beer has the classic, spicy old stones style. The brew is designed to make 23L, therefore, 30 x 750mL bottles. To brew alcoholic you will need 1 x Colony West Ginger Beer and 1 x dextrose. To brew non-alcoholic you will only need 1 x Colony West Ginger Beer.
Brewing these kits alcoholic, similarly with non-alcoholic, are very simple. The kits can be bottled or kegged. Furthermore, additional fermentables will increase the ABV% of alcoholic brews.
